For help with your PopaDex account, subscriptions, account connections or a technical problem, email support@popadex.com.
Include the email address you use for PopaDex, the device or browser you are using, and a short description of the problem. If there is an error message, include its wording. Please remove private information from any screenshots.
Never send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details, identity documents or bank statements by email. If further information is needed, we will explain how to share it safely.
For account deletion or privacy requests, contact the same support address from your account email so we can help verify the request.
